As an industrial engineer, Nurşen İşman has led numerous national and international projects in lean manufacturing systems, TPM implementation, and energy efficiency, and has transformed shop-floor achievements into sustainable corporate systems.
At TPM ENERGY, leadership is based on the principle of managing from the shop floor, not from a desk. Nurşen İşman personally leads the projects, working directly in production areas together with senior engineers, engineers, and field teams. Knowledge and experience are not treated as individual expertise, but as an organizational capability embedded across the entire company.
